Salcedo Furniture, Viana has signed up to the new Business Alliance for Equality, spearheaded by the Navarre Business Confederation (CEN) and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives of Navarre (AMEDNA), with the support of the Government of Navarre.
This initiative, which was recently launched in Pamplona, already brings together 52 companies, associations and organisations from Navarre committed to promoting equal opportunities for women and men in the workplace. The Alliance was established with the aim of making equality a driving force for competitiveness, innovation and sustainability within the region’s business community.
With this accession, Salcedo Furniture reaffirms its commitment to social responsibility and to a business model based on diversity, inclusion and genuine equality. The co-operative is committed to creating an equitable working environment, where collaboration and talent are key to its continued growth as a modern organisation committed to its local community.
