Salcedo Furniture, Viana has joined the news Entrepreneurial Alliance for Equality, an initiative launched by the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Navarre (CEN) and the’Association of Women Business Owners and Executives of Navarre (AMEDNA), with the support of the Government of Navarre.
Unveiled recently in Pamplona, this alliance already brings together 52 companies, associations and organisations in Navarre committed to promoting equal opportunities for women and men in the workplace.
The aim is clear: to make equality a driving force for competitiveness, innovation and sustainability within the region’s economic fabric.
By joining this initiative, Salcedo Furniture reaffirms its commitment to the corporate social responsibility, from the diversity and inclusion. The company advocates a model in which genuine equality and the promotion of collective talent form the foundations of a modern, people-centred and forward-looking organisation.
L’Entrepreneurial Alliance for Equality aims to develop joint initiatives between member organisations, share best practice, provide specialist training and highlight the progress made towards equality within organisations.
